Products Policy

At Tori's Haus all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, but you may exchange an item or receive store credit.

  • Items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Sale items are NOT eligible for exchange or store credit.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

If you need to make a change to your order after checkout, please email [email protected] within 3 hours of placing your order.

Returnable Conditions
To qualify for store credit or an exchange, your item must be returned to the Haus unused, unopened, and undamaged.
Items returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition will be sent back and no store credit will be issued.

Return / Exchange Process
Once your package arrives back to the Haus safely, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process your return.
After processing, your store credit will be issued via email.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your package. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you and make it right 💕.

Lost or Stolen Items
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Tori's Haus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
