Shipping & Returns


There will be NO REFUNDS on any items. You may exchange an item or receive store credit. Items are eligible for exchange, or store credit within seven days after you receive the items. Any items on sale, are not eligible for store credit or exchange. The customer is responsible for all return fees.

If you would like to make any changes to an order once it has been placed, please email [email protected] within three hours of placing the order.

Returnable Conditions

In order for your item to be eligible for store credit, or exchange, the item must be returned to the Haus unused, and undamaged. Failure to meet these conditions will result in your package being returned back to you, and you will not be able to receive store credit.
Note – Any tops with deodorant, or makeup stains will not be accepted.

Return / Exchange Policy

Once your package arrives to the Haus safely, you will be emailed. Please allow us 1-3 business days to process a return. Once the return is process, you will receive an email stating that your and your store credit will be issued.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damage, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the package. Customer Service will be happy to help you !
